Shaw Cablesystems G.P., a leading provider of high speed internet and digital phone in western Canada, wanted a results orientated team to canvass businesses on Vancouver Island and sell Business high speed internet and Business digital phone products. Shaw was looking for a team that could achieve stronger results than their current third party marketing firm compensated on straight commission. Jumpstart stepped up and established a salaried elite team able to surpass sales expectations, maintain exceptional levels of customer service, achieve better customer retention and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. This short-term project has now been extended and serves as an integral part of Shaw’s long term Business Customer Acquisition Strategy.
TELUS Communications Inc., Canada’s second largest telecommunications company, was seeking a dynamic team of residential door-to-door sales representatives that could canvass homes throughout the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Tasked with selling high speed ADSL internet, telephone calling features, long distance plans and winning customers back to TELUS, Jumpstart assembled a team of highly trained door-to-door canvassers which allowed TELUS to outsource a new channel for product sales at the same time as increasing awareness of their brand.
